About the author
Before launching Mind Body Space, I spent 16 years navigating the fast-paced corporate world in both IT and the audio-visual industries. Like many women, I constantly wrestled with the challenge of finding balance—between deadlines and downtime, career and self-care. What I discovered was that movement, nutritious food, and a positive mindset became my anchors during those high-stress years. But I also knew how easy it was for those priorities to fall to the bottom of the list when life got busy.
In 2008, everything changed. I sold everything I owned and set off on a full-time journey around the world. While drifting on a boat at sunset in Guatemala—after visiting 15 countries—it hit me: I wanted to help others find what I had always been searching for—freedom, energy, and connection through movement and well-being. That moment sparked a new path. I returned home and began studying to become an Executive Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness.
Since then, life has unfolded in the most beautiful and unexpected ways. Becoming a mum to my daughter in 2009 deepened my purpose even more, and Mind Body Space was born. Over the years, I’ve continued expanding my knowledge and offerings, becoming a Yin Yoga Instructor, Weight Management Consultant, Certified MyoFascial Stretch Therapist and Menopause Coach, empowering and guiding women through this phase of life.
I’ve also led countless Sisterhood retreats over nearly a decade—creating safe spaces for women to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
These days, my work blends everything I’ve learned—science-backed fitness, deep mindset work, holistic wellness, and practical tools for real-life change. I’m often called a transformation warrior because I don’t just focus on the body—I guide women from the inside out. I believe in tapping into human potential, challenging the stories that hold us back, and creating lives that feel authentically ours.
I’m here to remind you that life can feel light, energising, and full of joy. You deserve to wake up each day feeling strong, healthy, and truly at home in yourself—and I’d love to help you get there.
